First of all I feel I should clear something up. When the guys in the office read my blog post about my weight loss (thanks guys) they were a tiny bit offended by me calling them pigs, and laughed at me because in all honestly I’m just as bad, if not worse as I am normally the one baking cakes and buying the treats. I like to keep everyone happy, and unfortunately the only way I know how is feeding them! So sorry guys and girls, it’s completely my fault we are an office of pigs! But this blog post will show the office of Colva and you, how you can chose the right things to snack on.

Exhibit A: a cake a made last week for the office. 4 layers of chocolate fudge goodness. 

I am always hungry in between meals and normally snack on something quick and easy like crisps or chocolate. I was sent this package from Perkier and it contains a variety of healthy snack bars, which saves me from the 10am and 3pm chocolate break.

I thought the packaging of this was so cute! These are surprisingly nice considering they aren’t jammed pack with artificial flavours and extra sugar!


I am kind of obsessed with subscription packages. I forget about them, then they arrive and it’s like a little gift from past Amy – she’s great.

I have recently received a snack box from Myvitamins this was packed with so many goodies! There is only a few available so if you want to get your hands on one get them quick!

A lot of the products are RAW and Vegan so suitable for almost all. I’ve been trying to look into vegan food a bit more as I feel like a hypocrite when I talk about how much I love animals but then eat them. If anyone has any advice on this please let me know.

This box is helping me maintain my weight loss, and aiding me to lose more.

I am hoping to start doing some more HIIT exercises and maybe do a post on what you can do at home.

  1. Over the past year I’ve got really comfortable in a relationship and put on a bit of weight. I really want to make a YouTube play list of 30min hiit videos so I can try and do one once a week, or as much as possible. But I can’t seem to find many videos. Have you had any luck?
